Atheism (38 Sites, 159 Hits) 12/31/1996
| ||The opinions expressed by the members of this ring don't necessarily reflect those of the manager... but they might! Find here sites by atheists or agnostics and/or about atheism and/or agnosticism, not to mention secular humanism. Because of the climate of the times, you may also find sites about evolution, with or without mention of gods or religions, and sites about separation of church and state, alike from people of faith and people eschewing faith. The Atheism Webring (55 Sites, 103 Hits) 05/09/2005
| ||A webring for atheists and atheism related sites. God, jesus christ, the easter bunny, santa claus, goblins, fairies, dragons, angels... none of them are real. While there may be some kind of supernatural being(s) in the universe which are dramatically more powerful than us, they should properly be called aliens, not gods. Any websites about godlessness, blasphemy, atheism, agnosticism and general disbelief of all things religious or purporting to be religious. We also accept people who are against "organized religion" and in favour of a more one-on-one relationship with the universe/god. In a world where many wars are fought over something as trivial of religious beliefs, isn't it time we ignored the fairy tales and fought over something more valuable like oil and land (just kidding, we are totally against war too).|
Freethinkers, Humanists, Skeptics and Rationalists (25 Sites, 537 Hits) 06/09/1999
Sites by and about free thinkers, humanists (secular and otherwise) and rationalists. Pictured: Walt Whitman (1819-1892), famous humanist poet, from a photo taken by Matthew Brady some time between 1855 and 1865.
Ring Of Atheists (30 Sites, 247 Hits) 12/31/1996
Features sites owned by people who are Atheist or Agnostic. Sites need not be focused on Atheism but can have some sort of Atheistic content. This ring is intended to link us together based on our fundamental lack of belief, and to celebrate the diversity in other aspects of our lives.
The AntiBible Project (5 Sites, 17 Hits) 01/08/2001
| ||Together we hope to define every Biblical fallacy known, and seek those yet to be discovered. With your help the Bible will be seen for what it really is. A badly written comic book.
Damned Web Ring (7 Sites, 36 Hits) 04/09/1998
The members of this web ring are freethinkers, atheists, agnostics, humanists, paganists, pantheists, occultists, humorists, satirists, and others who have been damned, abandoned, betrayed, maligned, labeled and condemned as bastards, unbelievers, and heathens by a minority of uptight, humorless, intolerant, bible thumping, quoting, wild-eyed religious cretins.
Anthology of Fools: the Conflict Between Atheist and Believer (8 Sites, 20 Hits) 01/22/2004
| ||Esteemed religious authorities say that blind believers who embrace a literal interpretation of the Bible are gullible fools. Atheists, who fail to embrace the tenets of science, have abandoned reason in order to oppose blind believers. Both the atheist and the believer have missed the mark. The scriptures have a divine purpose beyond the comprehension of carnal man--to open the inner door to a person's soul and spiritual nature, and ultimately, the Kingdom of God.
Atheism Agnosticism Alliance Web Ring (7 Sites, 302 Hits) 12/31/1996
| ||This web ring contains web sites that atheists and agnostics own according to the following two defintions:
NOUN: 1a. One who believes that it is impossible to know whether there is a God. b. One who is skeptical about the existence of God but does not profess true atheism.
NOUN: One who disbelieves or denies the existence of God or gods.
